Historical information

Photograph of Ballarat 40 in Wendouree Parade, 1-2-1953. Wal's notes says the tram was painted with a silver roof. Tram has the destination of Victoria St.

Inscriptions & markings

On rear in ink "SEC Ballarat No. 40 with silver roof and poles, Wendouree Parade, near depot". In top right hand corner is Wal Jack stamp with negative number "T41PC" written in. Has a hand date stamp of 9 Feb 1953, with the 9 crossed out and 1 written above.
