Photo of No. Geelong No. 23 decorated for the Centenary in 1939, photographed at the old Wharf Terminus, decorated with festooned lighting and other "baubles" and items. On the sides, the letters "1838.1938" In the background, are various wharf buildings. The tram has the destination of Newtown. Handwriting is the same as other photos such as Reg item 5850. Printed on Velox paper.
