Photograph of the Geelong Scrubber, sprinkler or water tram in Corio Terrace 1940. Photo has a large "blotch" in the negative over the tramcar itself. No details as to photographer. Printed on Kodak Velox Paper, but negative located in the Wal Jack negative envelopes.
