Demonstrates the use of the trams in the city area of Ballarat, late 1950's and their use.
Physical description
Black and white photograph of Ballarat 27, loading passengers at the intersection of Sturt and Lydiard St, City, late in a summer evening. Tram has the destination of Gardens via Sturt St West and an auxiliary board, but it cant be read. A number of passengers are boarding. Has the Commonwealth Bank building in the background, and the tram stop signs on the pole in front of the photo.
