Yields information about the east end of Sturt St showing a number of tramcars, the shelter and the street scene.

Physical description

Black and white photograph, digital print, of a view looking west from Grenville St along Sturt St Ballarat. Has four ESCo trams in the view, 20, 11, 13 and 9? Photo shows the large ESCo waiting shelter with the weighing machine. Adjacent to the shelter in the median strip is the 8 hour monument. Has a number of horse drawn vehicles, bicycles and a few pedestrians.



In the view are the Suttons building, Town Hall, Courier and Star Office.
