Physical description

Black and white photograph of Ballarat ESCo No. 10 at the corner of Sturt and Lydiard St with the Town Hall and the National Mutual building in the background. The tram has the open compartment completely covered. Has a Sutton's roof advertisement. Dated 8/6/1928.



Track brakes have been removed.
