Photograph of tram No. 16 at Gardens Loop. Tram has the destination of Victoria St. Based on Wal Jack records for this car, it was painted in the SEC standard scheme without cream panels in May 1946 and numbers added Oct. 1946 - possibly soon after painting. See Reg Item 5526.
