Physical description
Negative and Digital images of the Wal Jack Ballarat Negative file of horse drawn cab outside the Ballarat Town Hall with a dais set up on front of the doors. Note the lamp post alongside and the flags on the door. In the building windows are signs for "The Commercial Bank of Australasia Limited - Ballarat Branch".
Most likely for the 1954 Begonia Festival.
