Demonstrates the process for the review of the Rules for tramway crews.
Set of letters or Memorandums approx. 50 sheets stapled in the top left hand corner, regarding the 1953 review of the "Rules Governing Employees". Dates from 29/7/1953 to 29/1/1954, including some discussion about controller maintenance and their isolation. Primarily around the review of the existing rules and the new rule book.
