Physical description
Memorandum, from Engineer and Manager to Manager Ballarat dated 26/9/1960, titled "Trams and Tariffs", reviewing the reduction of electricity tariffs, following the closure of the Geelong system. An announcement was pending. Was delayed due to the cost of restoring the roads in Geelong. Provides instruction or guidance or "speaking points" to the respective managers of Ballarat and Bendigo.
