Demonstrates the type and style of lamp used in tramways or street cars, made by a company who specialised in the manufacture of electrical products.

Physical description

Electric Lamp or light bulb - stored in a cardboard box with shredded paper. Lamp manufactured by the Edison Company of the USA, for "Street Railway" use. Consists of a glass bulb with a wire vertical filament with a screwed base. Marks on top of the lamp have faded. Filament appears to be working order.
