Equipment - Blasting Equipment

Historical information

In the early 1970s the rope tows at Falls Creek were replaced by T Bars, after which they were replaced by chairlifts.
When the snow thawed, the mountains reverberated from the sounds of blasting as new pylons were constructed for these chairlifts.
