Claude BUTCHER was the last milkman to home deliver milk in Port Melbourne. On the weekly invoice the amount of milk & the price was recorded from Friday to the following Thursday.

Lagoon Confectioners commenced manufacturing in 1921 at 118 Albert Road, South Melbourne. These included Boiled Sweets, Chocolate Novelties Counted Lines and1/2d Novelties. In 1970 they moved to premises in Graham Street, Port Melbourne.
