Photograph shows Y1 No. 613 (with "Special" indicated on the route banner) at Preston Workshops. The tram is in a "Melbourne Tour Tram" livery. The tram also had trolley poles installed. This specially painted tram was formally launched during June 1992, but did not operate as such. See items 539, 627 and 669 for other related documents.
