The Bendigo Symphony was founded in 1981 as a result of the Music 81 project of the Victorian Government and was the successor of the Bendigo Concert Orchestra which had played for some 30 years.

A metal bucket has straight sides that are 31 cenimetres long and is 22 centimetres in diameter. there is a three cenimetre ridge on the bottom of the bucket. All joins are sealed with soldier. The metal handle is semi- circular and 24 centimetre diameter, it's attached to with metal lugs extending from the top of the bucket. The bucket has a rusted appearance and a dint in it.

A circular metal dish with a flat bottom and side that slope out at 45 degrees. There is a ridge on the out-side of the top of the dish to make it easier to hold. A grove on the inside of the dish captures heavy materials.

Handmade furniture probably made for a minor's personal use
Very old hand-made wooden stool 47 centimetres long, 14 centimeters wide and 19 centimetres high. The top is one and a half centimeters thick. The two sides are made from one centimetres thick wood and are 47 centimetres long tapering to 36 centimeters and seven centimeters wide. The two ends are 17 centimetres long, 14 centimetres wide and two centimetres thick, it checked out to fit into the sides of the stool, there are two centimetre notches cut into the bottom which create the impression of legs. The nails that hold it together are handmade.
