Demonstrates a "Free pass" to be used on Melbourne trams, though for a limited time.
Brown cloth, covered heavy cardboard both sides ticket or pass, titled "Tramway Pass - 1977". Has MMTB logo on the rear. Ticket printed with paper sheet glued to the cloth on the inside and given Number 116.
