Large prescription book, green and red cover. The book has 489 pages. At the front an alphabetical index with the names of the patients and the page number where the prescription is recorded. The main part of the book records the name and number the copy of the prescription and the price. Also 48 scripts dating from the 1940's from various medical practices. Some of the names are: Edgar H. Brotchie Town Hall Pharmacy, Dr J.L.W. Sharland, Dr. John Long, Dr. Philip Goodman.
