L. Kelly Boot Repairer was located at 308 Barkly Street, Ararat, now the current site of Ararat Tyre Power (272 Barkly Street, Ararat). Old site in the early 1940s was Mr H. McMillan Garage for motor repairs. The boot repair section was rented by Laurie Kelly, then 308 Barkly Street. After World War 2 it became home of PMG
