Legacy have many programs to send junior legatees on activities, camps and outings. The photos show a girl patting a kangaroo outside a building that appears in some kayaking photos. It was possibly part of a camp.
The date is not known though it was stored with other photos of Junior Legatees from the 1980s and 1990s.
