Legacy have many programs to send young junior legatees on activities, camps and outings. The photo shows Meiling trying archery at a camp. There are photos of several junior legatees attempting archery rom the same event.
The date is not known though it was stored with other photos of Junior Legatees from the 1980s and 1990s.
