Historical information

This was the precursor to the current hand held machine for making forcer biscuits. The metal cylinder was filled with biscuit dough and the wooden piece pushed down inside the cylinder to force the dough through different shaped, detachable, apertures to produce various shaped biscuits .

Physical description

Tin and wooden biscuit / pastry press. Original had shape profiles which can be interchanged. Tube is to be filled with biscuit / pastry mixture the wooden section is used to force mixture out of the press.
