Historical information

This item was donated by Deborah Sheppard, the daught of Major Walter Sheppard (other name was Vladimir Schestopalow). Major Sheppard was with the Royal Australian Infantry Corps and he served with the Australian Army Training Team Vietnam (AATTV) from Sep 1969 to Sep 1970.
