A grey cardboard cover with black information on the cover. Top right hand corner reads 7610-66-097-7299. Under the Australian Army insignia are the details of the booklet. There are two punch holes down the left hand side. The booklet is covered with a plastic cover and there is a white label on this with 355.540 M2941:C Aus typed on the label.
