A beige coloured cardboard cover with black information on the front. Top right hand corner reads WO Code No. 7151. There is a black and beige picture in the middle of the cover with the word Demolotions under it. There are three punch holes and tow metal staples down the left hand side of the booklet. Inside of the booklet there is an amendment that has been stapled to one of the pages.
