A dark blue coloured booklet with a thick cardbaord cover. there is a white sticker on the front with P 192 writeen in blue ink. Down the spine of the booklet in gold text reads Rpyal Engineers Supplementary Pocket Book No. 5C Engineer Construction Plant - 1961. There is a loose page which is Amendment No. 1 inside the booklet.
