A faded bule coloured cardboard cover with black information on the cover. The edges of the cover have turned a brownish colour. There is the name of Hallett written in pencil at the top of the cover and a code of WO Code No 679. There are three punch holes and two metal staples down the left hand side. One of the pages is partly showing.
