A brownish/blue coloured cover with black inforation on thefront. Top left hand corner written in blue and black biro No 11 and No 16 (this one is crossed out. Top right hand corner reads W.O. Code No. 8730. In the centre of the cover there is a picture of a bomb heading towards the ground. There are two metal staples down the left hand side. Part of the side of spine of the booklet is badly damaged.
