Physical description
A blue coloured cardboard cover with black information on the front. Top left hand corner there is a stamp wich reads HQ 3 Army Sig Regt, Tate St., Ivanhoe, Victoria. Right hand corner reads WO Code No. 8505. There is also a larger stamp with reads 3 Army Sig Regt and under this are the details of the booklet. Near the bottom of the cover there is another stamp which reads 3 Army Sig Regt, Received 2 Jun 1955. There are three punch holes down the left hand side and the booklet is covered with a plastic cover.
