This item was donated by WO1 James Patrick Albert Sheddick (210273) who was with the Royal Australian Infantry Corps. He served in Vietnam with the 7th Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment from February 1967 to February 1968

Physical description

A Copy of Recommendation for Award for WO1 James Patrick Albert Sheddick for the Distinguished Flying Cross. WO Sheddick volunteered to fly as door gunner for the gun platoon of the 191st Aslt Hel Co instead of taking an in-country R&R. See media file for more information.
