This uniform belonged to Captain Francis John Markcrow (235214) who was with the Australian Army Aviation Corps and served in Vietnam with 161 (Independent) Reconnaissance Flight from July 1969 to April 1970.
Physical description
Army pilots khaki flying suit, flash proof. On the shoulders are Epaulet with the rank of Captain on each. The left sleeve vertically zippered pocket with double pen pocket. Shirt has a pair of buttoned pockets. The name Markcrow is above the right hand pocket and the insignia of the flying squad is above the left pocket. Shirt separate from trouser. The brass zipper is 100% polyamide. The model also has a pair of black boots on.
