Historical information

This is a black military peaked cap which features a distinctive red band and a polished visor. This is a ceremonial dress hat used by the Australian Armed Forces and the British Army regiments. The object belonged to Captain Kenneth G Anderson, Service No: 337727 Royal Australian Army Ordnance Corps June 1968 - July 1969.

Physical description

Royal Australian Army Ordnance Corps badge features the Kings Crown. The badge displays the Corps insignia, consisting of a garter enclosing a shield emblazoned with three cannons on cannonballs. Similar badges originating from the 50's and 60's.
