It reads: This is to certify that this granite piece is from the original granite used to construct the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in 1982.
The Memorial was established by the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund, Inc, (VVMF), the nonprofit, charitable organization incorporated on April 27, 1979, by a group of Vietnam veterans. See media file for more information
