White Wooden Cross with red knitted poppy with green and black centre. The name Herbert, Michael Patrick John 044310 is stenciled on in black. An Australian flag has been fixed on the back of the Cross. Rank - Flying Officer No2 Squadron - Royal Australian Airforce. He died in Vietnam Loas border on the 3rd November 1970 aged 24
