A black and white photograph of a VC patient leads Diggers of 6 RAR/NZ to another ward at the K76A Hospital where the machine gunner engages NVA/VC forces removing wounded patients from the ward. Two seriouslt ill patients were left behing by retreating NVA/VC during Operation Marsden (note text is missing from the bottom of the photograph)
