A black and white photograph of 1st Australian Field Hospital, Vung Tau, South Vietnam, Diggers responsible for transport carry out daily maintenance on the fleet of hospital ambulances. These vehicles were in the main used to transport medivac patients to Vung Tau Airfield on medivac days.
