Summary
Patrolling the Mekong Delta's Bassac River in hot-rodded cabin cruisers called PBRs, the U.S. Navy's brown-water sailors in 1967 were like tigers waiting for the cage door to open. Then Lieutenent Commander Don Sheppard cut them loose.
