Although the war in Vietnam has casued divisions amongst the people of Australia and has produced a number of anti-war books, this is the first non-official publication in Australia to set out the case for South Vietnam and to justify the policy of the U.S. Australian and other governments in intervening to prevent the Vietcong and the North Vietnamese taking over South Vietnam.
