Manufactured to be worn on caps by Inspectors. Three of the four have the manufacturer stamped into the rear, while the fourth does not. See item 2596 for a nickel silver sample which was the type worn by tram crews.

Demonstrates a MMTB "gold" cap badge.

Physical description

Badge or cap badge, gold tone brass? for MMTB caps - letters TB combined together. Has two metal lugs fixed onto the rear to enable it to be fixed to a cap. In the middle on the rear the manufacturer's name "STOKES" is stamped into the badge. Four copies held.
