Lined notebook, 100 sheets, with marbleised cover, stapled with red Rexene quarter binding with two sheets marked up for each tram between 574 and 651 giving date inspected, overhaul dates and condition in a remarks column. 1947 to 1952
In the front of the book were many loose sheets giving authorisation for bus painting and repairs at Preston works, accident and maintenance repairs for specific buses.
