Photocopy of a 10 page document titled "Policy Statement - Australian Tramway & Motor Omnibus Employees' Association - Victorian Branch - In Relation to Changed Ticketing and Operational Methods for Melbourne Trams". Records the union's opposition to the agreement attached to the document on the first page. Pages 2 to 10 provide the agreement between the PTC and the ATMOEA. On page 8 of the agreement has the space for the signatures of the Transport Minister, Labour Minister, PTC Chief Executive, Secretary of the Victorian Trades Hall, and for the ATMOEA. On the last page, provides the award rates. Dated 2/2/1990, follows the tram blockade.
