Duplicated quarto sheet for the Victorian Schools Railway Club Association, VSRCA, tour during 1960 using MMTB PCC tram 980. Provides details of the tramcar and its Melbourne operation. On the rear is a typed note thanking the person for the book and that it will be departing Malvern at 2pm. No date on the circular.
