Physical description

Booklet - 16 pages centre stapled with in a purple red stippled cover outlining the "Malvern Electric Tramways Club - Rules and Constitution", dated 27/2/1941. Note on page 3, that the club was to consist and limited MMTB male employees. One its aims was to promote and maintain a sick, accident and funeral fund. Rule 42 has been amended by a paste over section over the rule itself and rule 50 amended by another paste in section on the inside of the rear page.
