Book - yellow cover, single pages, with an Arnos plastic binder clip on the left hand side, 91 pages with an index titled "Met Tram General and Operational Rules and Regulations June 1997", published by the Public Transport Corporation. Also provides a list of definitions. Gives rules regarding tram operations, dealing with the public, driving, tickets, one person operators, accidents and behaviour.
