Physical description

Victorian Railways Memorandum, dated 30-11-1906 on VR printed form Z 183a, advising Porter (?) G. H. Biquell (?) that he had been transferred to the position of Conductor on the St Kilda Brighton Electric Tramway from 1/12. He was to report to Mr. Bradford at the Power Station, Elsternwick.
