Hand written table card for Hawthorn depot written on a pre printed cardboard sheet giving details for runs 14 and 15 (Anzac Day - for 1960, 1961 and 1962). Gives sign on times, car out, trip details and which "run" takes the tram from the crew. Destinations and dates have used hand stamps.
