Physical description

Photocopy of three pages of sample Traffic Officers or Inspectors reports and how they would be completed. Prepared by Kevin Stanes who worked in this position.

.1 - "Traffic Officer's Daily Report" - Form 3/231 - prepared in detailed showing the duties undertaken by an inspector in detail. Dated 15-10-1980

.2 - "Peak Headway Report" - detailing late running at Domain and St Kilda Roads and the reasons - form 3/288.

.3 - "Traffic Officer's Report of Cars turned back and mileage lost" for 15/10/1980 - sample form completed and what could cause such events.
