Set of 46 sheets, photocopies stapled in the top left hand corner, titled "Control Room Log Sheet" for the period 2 to 9 Feb. 1990, giving details of the Tram Power supervisors control log book. Released under a FOI request and stamped 27 April 1990 PTC. gives details of the times of events in the control room and the notes taken by staff.
Hand written notes on the top of the first sheet as to the range of the dates of the reports.
