Physical description

Act of Victorian Parliament, 8 pages, No. 6594 - "An Act to provide for the Grant of certain Lands to the After Care Hospital, the Melbourne District Nursing Service, the Victorian Civil Ambulance Service, St Georges Hospital, the Royal Talbot Colony for Epileptics, the Ballarat Orphanage and the Melbourne and Metropolitan Tramways Board respectively.

Page 4 and 7 detail a block of land that the Board could have purchased for a major bus depot in Footscray Road for 60,175 pounds.
