Form - printed on off white paper, form Number 3/172, MMTB, "Weekly Change of Shift or Day Off". Form to advise the Depot Master that crews had agreed to a shift change with another crew member, with spaces for details, numbers and signatures etc. Two copies held.
Note the word "he" in the document - could be older than 1970c.
