Form - printed on card (approx. 200gsm), either brown or manila paper, titled "Car Inspection Record", form 3/588, for tramcar maintenance personnel (pitman, mechanics, electricians) to record what work they undertook on a tramcar and that it was left in a fit condition. Records date, depot, signed, number and shift.
Multiple copies held of both varieties.
